Princess Margaret Hospital launches revamped breast cancer centre.
Dr. David McCready, Head, PMH Breast Site Program, says “Thanks to WEBC (Weekend to End Breast Cancer) fundraising, we’ve been able to reconfigure an existing area, expand our clinical programs and create a warm and welcoming patient centred space.” I am very honoured to have my work from "UNDERWORLD" chosen as the permanent installation artwork.
I wanted to create a calm, peaceful environment in this special space. This is my original maquette which I presented to the Hospital Foundation last April. Installation pictures will be uploaded shortly. Click here to see the video. |
